Organized by THEDATAX and its partners, the 6th edition of the Café de l’Emploi et de l’Auto-emploi (CDE 6) has officially opened under one powerful message: “Think Bigger.”
Finding employment in Guinea increasingly requires a proactive mindset. Instead of waiting for opportunities to come to you, Café de l’Emploi creates a direct bridge between Guinean talent and companies actively recruiting.

Supported by major institutions such as Simandou Academy, Enabel, and AGUIPE, the event brings together a complete employment and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Since May 18, activities have continued throughout the UGLC-SC campus: company stands, project Pitch Days for entrepreneurs, and high-level conferences.
On Wednesday, May 20, participants notably attended a highly anticipated session led by Mohamed Keita, an expert in organizational performance management and Kaizen methodologies.
The key moment: Job Dating
For job seekers, the real highlight of the event is the Job Dating sessions.
Scheduled for the afternoons of May 20 and May 21 (2 PM to 5 PM) at the University Library, these face-to-face meetings allow candidates to interact directly with recruiters.
Whether you are interested in technology, industry, finance, or entrepreneurship — with partners such as Elite Finance Institut and Makebea Group present — this format gives you the opportunity to bypass the traditional online CV process. Human interaction often makes the difference.
