Agriculture remains the backbone of Guinea’s economy. To effectively support farmers and boost rural development, the National Chamber of Agriculture is reinforcing its teams at regional, prefectural, and communal levels.

Six key profiles for nationwide deployment

This recruitment is excellent news for job seekers, as it covers a wide range of skills and geographic areas. All positions are offered under fixed-term contracts (CDD). The available roles are as follows:

Regional Secretary Generals (8 positions)
Based in Conakry, Kankan, N’Zérékoré, Faranah, Kindia, Boké, Labé, and Mamou. They will be responsible for strategic and administrative leadership at the regional level.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BAC+3/4) in Rural Development, Agronomy, Project Management, etc., with 5 years of experience.

Prefectural Secretary Generals (34 positions)
Based across the 33 prefectures and the commune of Kassa. They will coordinate operational activities and implement local programs.
Requirements: BAC+3 with 3 years of experience.

Communications & Public Relations Officers (8 positions)
Deployed in the regions to ensure institutional visibility of the CNA.
Requirements: BAC+3/4 in Communication or Journalism with 3 years of experience.

Administrative & Financial Officers (8 positions – RAF)
Based in the regions, responsible for accounting, budgeting, and logistics management.
Requirements: BAC+3 in Accounting or Finance with 3 years of experience.

Administrative Assistants & Secretaries (8 positions)
Responsible for reception, document management, and administrative support at regional level.
Requirements: BAC to BAC+3 in Administration or Secretarial Studies with 2 years of experience.

Rural Development Officers (34 positions)
Field-based roles deployed in prefectures and Kassa. These professionals will work directly with farmers and cooperatives.
Requirements: BAC+3 in Rural Development or Agronomy with 3 years of field experience.
