At 32, Mouctar Conté acts as a bridge between French technological rigor and the entrepreneurial reality of Guinea. A web developer and SEO consultant based in Brest, France, he has spent years helping businesses master their digital transformation. However, it was his own journey as a member of the diaspora investing back home that revealed the biggest barrier to Guinea's growth: the gap between the desire to build and the difficulty of execution. Facing the same hurdles as many others price gouging, project delays, and the challenge of finding verified, skilled contractors Mouctar realized that personal frustration had to become systemic change. Driven by the belief that digital tools are the most powerful catalyst for trust, he founded Guinée 224. Leveraging his expertise in AI and data architecture, Mouctar is building what he calls "the missing link" in Guinea's business ecosystem: a platform where transparency, vetted expertise, and structured data finally allow projects to succeed, anywhere and anytime.
